He has accomplished this by evaluating gaps in culture, assessing data use processes cultures, and using advanced predictive analytics to develop leading indicators for many industries around the world. He holds a doctorate in Organizations Psychology from Virginia Tech and been twice named “101 Top Leaders in Safety” by ISHN.
